Private Sandbar Hopping in Key West
A private boat, your own captain, and the best sandbars in Key West. Both of our boats run the same route, so you pick the boat that fits your party and your budget, and we take care of the rest.
The first sandbar is about 25 minutes from the marina, and it only gets better from there. We stay longer at the spots you love and cruise past the rest. Wade the shallows at Jewfish Sandbar, wind through the mangrove trails of Mud Keys, and on the 4-hour trip head further out to mingle with the locals at Snipe Point.
Boca Grande Island Time & Snorkeling
If you are looking for some beach time on a remote island far far away – this boat trip is for you. Stop on the way for sponge garden snorkeling in just 5 feet of water. At the Boca Grande destination, you’ll take a break from your phone as you will not have any service there. Walk down the beach and enjoy looking at the beautiful turquoise colors of the water surrounding you. If you will feel like exploring further – we will take you near the neighboring islands Woman Key and Ballast Key for some more breathtaking sights.
Mud Key Mangrove Safari
Have a lot planned for your Key West vacation and don’t want to spend half of the day on the water? This trip is for you! After a 30-minute boat ride through backcountry waters, we will take you for a slow cruise into Mud Key sanctuary. Enjoy the sights of nature surrounding you, watch the birds flying by and soak up the sun. Stop on the sandbar for a little swim or just as walk around, take pictures and capture your memories.
Private Sandbar Trips for Large Groups
Both of our boats go out together: the Hurricane 27 ft deck boat and the Robalo 21 ft bay boat, driven side by side so everybody gets the same first class service. This option is available for the following Key West sandbar trips that we offer. Key West Sunset Cruise
Sunset Cruise that goes to the sandbar. Are you tired of crowded boats floating around the crowded harbor? Bring your loved ones and our captain will take you out for a private boat cruise into the backcountry waters. We will anchor over the sandbar and watch the sun go down while there. You’ll be able to jump in the knee to waist deep water and beautiful pictures with sun setting behind you while you’re standing in the “middle of the ocean”. Key West Lunch Cruise
Take a boat ride into the beautiful backcountry waters. Stop on the sandbar location for a walk in crystal clear shallow water. Go for a swim or just stay on the boat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. When you’ll start getting a little hungry we will have freshly made lunch ready for you.
